  • Define and implement best-in-class process and strategy for the entire Accounts lifecycle, from activation to renewal and expansion.

Client Growth & Advocacy
  • Oversee all sales expansion efforts within the existing client base, actively seeking and activating against key opportunities to retain and grow partnerships.
